Missed Appointments
We value your time, and as such, we do not double book our clients. Your appointment is valuable time that the Registered Massage Therapist has reserved specifically for you. Due to a continuous high demand for appointment during prime times, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice per appointment should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, a missed appointment fee maybe charged to you, or we may require you to prepay to reserve your next appointment.
Insurance Information
For the added convenience we offer direct billing for most major insurance companies. Some of those companies include; Great West Life, Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life and many more. Many insurance companies provide coverage for treatment. Due to the Health Professions Personal Privacy Act we are unable to access any specific information from your extended health insurance company regarding your coverage. Your policy is between you, the subscriber, and your insurer. It is your responsibility to know the limits of your coverage, such as annual maximums, frequencies, renewal dates, and any other limitations.
Methods of payment
We accept payment via cheque, e transfer, cash and credit cards.
